Pooja Miglani is an IEP practitioner who enjoyed an accomplished career in the corporate IT sector for 11 years prior to embracing her calling as an intuitive healer.
Her personal battles with excruciating migraines and complex-PTSD ignited her exploration for the healing arts. Over the past 25 years, she has been learning, experimenting, practicing and teaching a broad spectrum of healing modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Tapas Acupressure Technique, Spiritual and Siddha Healing, Ancestral trauma healing, EFT along with Somatic, Attachment and Polyvagal based interventions for trauma healing.
Pooja’s deep spiritual quest combined with experience living in various countries, infuses her work with cultural humility, anti-oppressive principles and a systems thinking perspective. She specializes in assisting individuals in navigating difficult emotions with ease and addressing underlying trauma to support healing from psychosomatic conditions.
As a practitioner, Pooja combines her passion for heartfelt connections and simplifying inner transformation. Her work is blending Western science (neuroscience and psychoneuroimmunology) with Eastern mystical healing traditions (chakras, meridians and subtle energies). Along with her healing practice, she is currently pursuing a three year program in ‘Expressive arts Therapy’ at The Create Institute in Toronto, Canada.
