Mariya’s love for personal development has been a positive constant in her life and took serious roots after she left the world of professional sports at age 16. Back then Mariya struggled with everything from self-esteem to finding her path and understanding who she was as an individual. Years of extreme physical training and emotional abuse with the combination of family dynamics created a huge hole in Mariya’s personality. Luckily, this served as a beginning of her continuous journey to find ways to reconnect to her authentic self, release deep emotional pain, heal the past, regain confidence, find joy, and build the life she longed for.
Over the years, Mariya experienced numerous modalities and was blessed with personally working with many of the best practitioners in therapy, psychology, EFT, SET, and IEP. Intention Tapping (IEP) completely captivated Mariya and changed her world. It offered a way to question her whole belief system in a most gentle supportive manner.
