Bianca von Heiroth is an EFTi trainer, supervisor and Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT) practitioner.

20 years ago she stumbled upon EFT when she needed something to help a close family member suffering from bipolar disorder. It worked for the person who eventually got free from meds, and to her surprise she also discovered profound changes in herself. She found that she loved teaching and could stand in front of an audience without blushing and stammering. She had stammered since early childhood through young adulthood and was always afraid of a relapse.

After 13 schools in 5 different European countries, settling as an adult in a new country, learning a new language, marrying, having children, divorcing, working in many fields, even with two jobs, she was convinced that she could adapt to any situation whatsoever. Once she met EFT creator Gary Craig in 2005, her life took a new turn: she realised the most important thing is to listen to oneself however muted or childish the inner voice can be. She then started the long journey of self-healing.

With what she now names “unconditional listening”, the kind of listening that can only be done with the heart, she opens a space allowing the clients to think the unthinkable and speak the unspeakable which in turn untethers the access to their inner healing.

IEP tapping is truly an outstanding technique. Bianca claims that thanks to the heart connection it is a remarkably reliable, efficient and compassionate healing tool for a very wide range of issues. This connection, heart to heart or soul to soul, is indeed the central piece in IEP.
