What is IEP / Intention Tapping?

Intention Tapping (also known as Intention-based Energy Process, or IEP) is a new emotional healing process developed by Steve Wells that combines the power of tapping with specific intentions that target the emotional attachments and energy disturbances behind problems. These intentions engage the power of the unconscious mind to bring about impressive and enduring shifts in how you think and feel.

How it will work:

In 4 x 90-minute online group coaching sessions presented live via zoom video, Steve Wells will show you how to use Intention Tapping to turn procrastination into positive action.

The program will start with a fast-track introduction to how to apply Intention Tapping to release your resistance and emotional blocks, and regain access to your inner resources.

Each session that follows will include some inspiring content from Steve along with practical exercises, tips, techniques, tapping, and strategies for turning resistance into energy – and action!  

Steve will also work live with volunteers in each session using Intention Tapping, so you’ll have a chance to experience it and borrow benefits by tapping along.

You’ll also have a chance to ask questions and will gain lots of practical and useable (and simple, and user-friendly!) tips and strategies for getting started, gaining and keeping momentum, and persisting through relapses, reversals and plateaus. We’ll end every session with some simple action steps.

Who is Steve Wells?

Steve Wells is an internationally respected leadership coach and peak performance consultant from Perth, Western Australia.
